Patient Survey 2009 Results

Those of you who visited the surgery earlier this year may have taken part in our annual patient survey.

Each year since 2004 we have asked patients to complete a survey (The General Practice Assessment Questionnaire) to provide us with feedback on how we are performing. The results are used to help us take steps to make improvements in patient services. In previous years this has led us to install a new telephone system to improve phoning through to the practice; the touch-screen check-in to provide more privacy for patients and the introduction of our website (www.hungerfordsurgery.co.uk) to enable patients to use on-line services at their convenience.
