By registering with The Hungerford Surgery Online Services you can access many of the practice services safely and securely via the web. Patients of The Hungerford Surgery may use this service at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You should not use this service for emergencies or urgent requests. In these circumstances always contact the practice by telephone immediately, or if the practice is closed, the Out Of Hours service.
We are currently in the process of centralising all of our available online services via SystmOnline. Patient2Practice will no longer be available from 28th October at 6.30pm.
To re-register for SystmOnline please come into the Surgery with a Photo ID. We will no longer be accepting registrations for the Patient2Practice service.
SystmOnline will give us the opportunity to extend our range of online services.
To use this service you will need a username and password which can only be supplied by reception staff. Please note that we can only give this password to the named patient not a representative. You will need to bring photo ID (where possible) and proof of your address and a member of the team will be able to issue you a password. This additional level of security is required because by using this new system you will now be able to directly access a summary of your medical records.
You can download, print and complete the application form to use SystmOnline before you come into the surgery, alternatively you can collect a form when you come in.
Once you have received your password you will be able to log onto the new online services.
Please note: you may need to wait one hour from your password being issued to you before logging into the online services. You will be able to change your password to something more memorable to you once you log on.
If you have already registered for one of our Online Services please use the appropriate log in button below:
These services use the same level of security as used by online banks. Only the practice sees the data you are sending. No-one else has access to the information.
