Clinics

A clinics are held at the surgery for:

• Asthma  - Regular clinics are held to assist in the management of Asthma. Initial referral is via your doctor.
• Diabetes - Regular clinics are held to assist in the management of Diabetes. Initial referral is via your doctor.
• Cervical cytology - Routine cervical cytology (smear tests) are normally carried out by our specially trained practice nurses. You may also attend your usual GP.
• Coronary Heart Disease & Hypertension (High blood pressure) Clinics are run by our Practice Nurses to regularly monitor patients with these conditions.
• Contraception. A full range of contraceptive services is available. See your own doctor in the first instance. Once established on a method, further monitoring is normally arranged by seeing our specially trained Family Planning Nurses.
